Ms. Deven’s educational journey includes a background in special education and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over a decade of experience teaching children ages 8 to 21, she blends analytical skills with a creative spirit to craft unique paths for every child. Her ability to turn challenges into opportunities makes her a steadfast leader, always celebrating the “aha!” moments that help children shine.

What draws Ms. Deven to Montessori is its ability to foster independence and creativity. She loves the “delightful dance of controlled chaos” as children explore their own interests and learn at their own pace. The Montessori nature curriculum holds a special place in her heart. Outside of school, Ms. Deven recharges by spending time in nature, taking peaceful walks through the woods, and breathing in the fresh air. She cherishes moments with her family, especially with her son, whose laughter and curiosity brighten her world. When she’s not outdoors, you can find her curled up with a good book, diving into a world of imagination and adventure.
