Ms. Nicole brings a unique blend of experience and creativity to MCS, having first encountered Montessori education as a parent before pursuing it as a new career path. Previously, she worked as an editor in the comic book industry, and she finds joy in weaving together her diverse professional experiences to connect with students and families.

Ms. Nicole’s teaching philosophy centers on empowering children to make their own discoveries and build an understanding of themselves, others, and the world around them. She is dedicated to inclusivity and deeply values the inherent dignity of each child, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for all.

Originally from Philadelphia, Ms. Nicole spent 16 years in New York City before settling in Lakewood with her family. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Barnard College and earned her Montessori teaching credential from the West Side Montessori School Teacher Education Program.
